I was invited to Cafe Mojo, for being a part of the exclusive dinner for bloggers sometime back.
I went in to dine with my brother at this place just before his birthday. The decor of this place was an absolute delight with bloggers across the city at the same place during the same time. It is rare to meet everyone with expertise in the field at the same place unless it’s a blogger’s table ofcourse.
The cafe crowd was quite enthusiastic which is exactly what this bistro is. The original outpost is in Panjim, Goa, and another one has recently opened up in Mangalore (native place). Café Mojo is themed like a traditional English pub with its dark wooden interiors, cosy ambience.
They have an interesting system of E-beers where you can top-up your drinks at your own table. It is like a card which you top-up initially and it gets swiped as you consume your food and drinks. It is an unusual concept at a bar but it works. Infact Café Mojo is India’s first E Beer pub with distinctive e-Brew self-serve system has caught attention nationally.
To munch take advantage of their superb food menu which features not only great appetizers but also delicious mains and desserts. Begin with chicken n peppers, Mexican pasta salad, pesto-BBQ mushrooms.
Move on to cajun tenders, summer house salad, chicken wings, nacho tower, c3-balls, crisp n cool salad, veggie-bergwich, Thai fried fish cubes, golden fried calamari, potato wedges, onion rings and lamb balls.
You will not go home hungry as Café Mojo keeps pretty scrumptious range of mains and hearty fillers on the menu. The egg & kheema wrap, peri peri chicken burger, club sandwich, BBQ chicken pizza, roast lamb, fish n chips, Thai fish burger, veg Newberg, classic stuffed chicken steak, paneer tikka pizza, mac corn & spinach Florentine and chicken steak new York, is sensationally prepared by very talented chefs.
In desserts you will be served fab tiramisu, waffles, pancakes, lava cake and brownie. Very reasonable on your pockets Café Mojo is a complete package for young hearted great crowd of people.
Lip smacking delicacies served from an Indian and European menu
I rate this place: 4/5
P.S. I was invited to eat for free, but my comments remain completely honest and my own.
